Asobitcoin es una organización que impulsa el desarrollo del ecosistema Bitcoin en El Salvador, conectando a personas, empresas y actores clave a través de educación, comunidad y colaboración estratégica. Su enfoque está en promover el conocimiento, la adopción responsable y la creación de oportunidades alrededor de Bitcoin, facilitando espacios de aprendizaje, networking y participación activa tanto a nivel local como internacional.
Our vision
Our fundamental mission is to create and support initiatives for the mass adoption of Bitcoin in El Salvador, reflecting in the improvement of the quality of life and economy through education, research, innovation, technological and social development activities in conjunction with government institutions, private companies and society in general.
Purpose
Education: Support organizations like My First Bitcoin and The Bitcoin House to make Bitcoin education more effective in the country.
Business consulting: Offering advice and consulting to Bitcoin companies arriving in the country, to provide clarity on regulatory issues.
Practical tools: As Will Hernandez stated, "Many companies don't know how to collect payments in Bitcoin, so one of our tasks will be to provide the tools so they can easily learn to use Bitcoin."
